Delete your ReroofGen account

Delete your account in the app

You can delete your own ReroofGen account at any time, from the mobile app or the web app. Deletion takes effect right away and cannot be undone.

• Sign in to ReroofGen.
• Open Control Center and choose Profile.
• Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom and choose Delete account.
• Confirm. You are signed out on every device.

Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@reroofgen.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we act.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, job title and profile photo.
• Your password, sign in tokens and every active session.
• Your sign in identity with our authentication provider.
• The push notification registrations for your phones and your storm alert settings.
• Your membership in your company account, including your seat.

What is kept, and for how long

Work records. Leads, notes, routes, door knocks and other records you created belong to your company account, not to you, so they stay with your company. Your name on them is replaced with Deleted User.

Audit log. A record that the account was deleted, and when, is kept for security and fraud prevention.

Billing records. Invoices and payment records for a company account are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

If you own a company account

If you are the only person on your company account, deleting your account also closes the company account and cancels its subscription right away. The company's records are kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, and after that they may be permanently removed. If other people still use your company account, you need to transfer ownership or remove them first, in Control Center under Users. The app tells you when this applies.
