This Privacy Policy explains how ReroofGen collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, use our hosted application, or interact with public signup, billing, onboarding, map, property intelligence, CRM, canvassing, route, enrichment, weather, storm, outreach, or related services. ReroofGen is designed for roofing sales teams and may process business contact information, user account information, organization information, property information, public record information, CRM activity, route activity, billing information, and service usage data.

2. Information We Collect

Account and User Information. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, login identifiers, organization names, team roles, permissions, authentication metadata, onboarding information, and user preferences.

Organization and Billing Information. Company name, billing contact, plan selection, subscription status, entitlement information, payment status, tax related information, invoices, usage records, and billing metadata. Payment card details may be processed by third party payment processors and may not be stored directly by ReroofGen.

Platform Usage Information. Pages viewed, features used, searches performed, properties selected, maps viewed, routes created, CRM actions, exports, onboarding steps, errors, performance data, device information, browser information, IP address, approximate location, timestamps, logs, and diagnostic data.

Customer Data. Data you or your authorized users submit, upload, create, import, or manage in ReroofGen, including lead lists, saved lists, CRM records, notes, canvassing records, route plans, outreach records, user assignments, team data, and related business information.

Property, Permit, Roof, Weather, Mortgage, and Enrichment Data. Property information, ownership signals, situs and mailing address information, permit records, roof related permit events, roof summaries, roof measurements, mortgage or financial enrichment signals, weather and storm data, lead scoring signals, and related data from public records, third party providers, customer activity, and internal processing.

Communications. If you contact us, request a demo, submit a form, engage with support, or interact with sales or onboarding, we may collect your message content and contact details.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve ReroofGen.
• Authenticate users and manage accounts, organizations, teams, permissions, trials, entitlements, subscriptions, and billing.
• Display property, roof, permit, weather, storm, mortgage, scoring, CRM, canvassing, route, and enrichment workflows.
• Process searches, map interactions, property detail requests, exports, saved lists, and workflow actions.
• Support onboarding, customer service, troubleshooting, security, monitoring, analytics, and product improvement.
• Send transactional, administrative, billing, security, onboarding, support, and service related communications.
• Detect, prevent, investigate, or respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, policy violations, and legal obligations.
• Enforce contracts, protect rights, and comply with applicable law.
• Create aggregated, anonymized, or deidentified analytics, scores, benchmarks, and product insights.
• Develop, license, distribute, and sell aggregated and deidentified data products and market analytics to third parties, in a form that does not identify you or any individual consumer.
• Enable organization owners and administrators to manage, monitor, review, and use activity and data generated by their authorized users within their organization account.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

Service Providers. Vendors that support hosting, infrastructure, authentication, billing, email, direct mail, data providers, analytics, monitoring, error tracking, customer support, security, storage, and other business operations.

Organization Administrators. If your account belongs to an organization, the organization's account owner and administrators may access, monitor, review, retain, export, and use your account and profile information, activity, notes, messages and communications, route and field activity, location and timestamp data, permissions, billing status, team configuration, and other organization level data generated within the organization account. Activity within an organization account is controlled by the organization, and ReroofGen processes that data on the organization's behalf and under its direction.

Recipients of Deidentified and Aggregated Data Products. We may license, distribute, or sell aggregated and deidentified data, scores, benchmarks, and market analytics to third parties. These data products are prepared so they do not identify, and are not reasonably linkable to, you or any individual consumer or household, and recipients are restricted from attempting to reidentify them.

Data and Integration Providers. We may exchange information with third party providers to deliver property data, permit intelligence, mapping, weather, storm, mortgage, enrichment, measurement, communication, or workflow features.

Legal, Safety, and Compliance. We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, or government request, or to protect rights, safety, users, providers, homeowners, the public, or ReroofGen.

Business Transfers. If ReroofGen is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Public Records and Property Data

Some property, permit, ownership, roof, mortgage, weather, storm, and related information may come from public records, government sources, third party providers, customer activity, or derived processing. Public record and third party data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. ReroofGen uses this information to support roofing sales intelligence and workflow functionality, not to provide legal, financial, insurance, title, credit, engineering, or government determinations.

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools, logging tools, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, understand usage, secure the platform, diagnose errors, and support marketing or product analytics. You may also be able to update account information in the platform or contact us for assistance. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for security, billing, legal, fraud prevention, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

11. Marketing Communications

You may receive marketing communications if you request information, sign up, attend a demo, or otherwise engage with ReroofGen. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional, security, billing, account, and service related messages.

12. SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number to ReroofGen, by calling or texting our business line, booking a demo, or opting in on reroofgen.com, you consent to receive SMS text messages from ReroofGen. These may include responses to missed calls, replies to messages you send us, appointment and demo scheduling links, and customer care follow ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Mobile information (including phone numbers) will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. ReroofGen does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
