Florida roofing leads by city

These are the Florida cities where ReroofGen has dated the largest share of roofs. A city is listed only when at least 35% of its detached single family homes carry a dated roof record and it holds at least 40,000 of them, so every page below is built on coverage you can trust, not a thin sample.

Each city page shows the share of homes with a dated roof, how many dated roofs are 15 and 20 or more years old, and the median dated roof age, all as of October 1, 2026. Homes without a dated roof are never counted as new; they are simply not dated yet.

Roofing leads built this way start from the roof, not from a homeowner form. Open a city, filter to the oldest roofs, check the permit behind each date, and decide which streets are worth a knock or a postcard. County level numbers for all 67 Florida counties live in the Florida Roof Age Index.
