ReroofGen
ReroofGen Product
See permit backed roof age and property context for each home, so reps work the right doors and skip the roofs already replaced.
One platform, end to end
Roof Age Data
ReroofGen brings available permit history, roof records, and property context into one view so your team can prioritize homes with real replacement potential.
Property Context
Key property facts on every home, so reps can qualify before they reach out.
Homeowner Data
ReroofGen helps teams separate better fit homeowner opportunities from low priority properties by combining ownership, occupancy, mailing, mortgage, and property signals where available.
CRM
ReroofGen keeps roofing leads, saved lists, follow up activity, assignments, and opportunity status connected to the property intelligence your team used to find them.
Routes and Canvassing
ReroofGen helps managers build smarter canvassing routes from property intelligence, then send reps into the field with the context they need to work each stop.
Territory Management & Rep Tracking
ReroofGen helps sales managers organize territories, monitor rep activity, and understand which neighborhoods have been worked, skipped, or still need follow up.
Direct Mail Automation
ReroofGen connects property intelligence with direct mail workflows so your team can follow up with better fit roofing prospects after they have been qualified. Postcards and letters print and mail automatically from a saved list, with no mail house and no minimums. Direct mail automation is in development and is not yet available to customers.
The platform, end to end
ReroofGen is a map first roofing sales platform. It exists to answer one question for a roofing company before anyone spends a day in the field: which roofs in this market are actually worth working? The answer is built from public records, not guesses: building permits that date the last reroof, property appraiser records that describe the home, and ownership records that say who lives there.
From that map, a manager builds a list, the list becomes routes and territories, and reps work the doors with the full record in hand. What happens at the door writes back to the same record, so the office and the field are always reading one history.
What is live today
Permit backed roof age, property and homeowner data, the roofing CRM, routes and canvassing, and territory management are live and in use by Florida roofing teams. Direct mail automation is in development and is not yet available; it is the only part of the platform described on this site that is not customer live.
- Roof age from finalized reroof permits, with build year as a labeled upper bound where no permit exists
- Property context and homeowner data from official county records
- A CRM that keeps leads, lists, dispositions, notes, and follow ups on the property record
- Routes and mobile canvassing with one tap dispositions
- Territories with rep activity and coverage by doors touched
Measured, county by county
As of September 4, 2026, ReroofGen holds a dated roof record for 1,977,674 of the 7,017,971 single family homes it tracks across all 67 Florida counties, and 275,977 of those dated roofs are 15 or more years old.
8 counties are measured at 40% coverage or better today: Palm Beach, Orange, Duval, Volusia, Manatee, St. Lucie, Seminole, St. Johns. Every other county is still being dated, and the site says so rather than filling the gap with an estimate.
Who it is for
Roofing companies that sell replacement roofs to homeowners and want their crews at the right doors. Solo operators use it to stop guessing which streets to work. Teams use it to run territories, track reps, and keep follow up from dropping. Both start the same way: a free trial on your own market, then a walkthrough with the team if you want one.
