Platform features

Roof Age Data for Roofing Sales

Find older roofs before you knock. Permit backed roof age, roof type, and replacement signals so roofing teams target homes with real reroof potential.

Property Data for Roofing Teams

Qualify a home before the first conversation: situs and mailing address, property type, square footage, home value, and context tied to every lead.

Homeowner & Owner Occupancy Data

Know who owns the home: owner names, owner occupancy signals, length of residence, purchase history, and mortgage context for the right conversations.

Roofing CRM

Manage every roof opportunity from list to follow up. A roofing CRM that ties property, roof age, homeowner data, canvassing, and saved lists together.

Route Planning & Canvassing

Send reps to the right doors in the right order. Optimized routes and canvassing plans from qualified roof age and CRM lists, with less wasted walking.

Territory Management & Rep Tracking

Know who is working where and which areas still need coverage. Assign reps, track worked and untouched areas, and cut overlap across canvassing teams.

Direct Mail Automation

Automate postcard and letter follow up. Campaigns built from roof age, homeowner data, and CRM status that stay relevant after the first touch.

How the pieces fit together

ReroofGen is one system with one map at the center. Permit backed roof age and property data decide which homes are worth a conversation. Homeowner data decides who to have it with. The CRM keeps the working state of every lead. Routes and canvassing turn a list into a day in the field, and territory management shows a manager who is working where. Direct mail, the one lane still in development, will plug into those same records when it ships.

Because every feature reads the same property record, work done in one place shows up everywhere else. A filter on the map becomes a list, the list becomes a route, the route's dispositions land in the CRM, and the territory view counts the doors that were touched.

Built on measured coverage

As of September 4, 2026, ReroofGen holds a dated roof record for 1,977,674 of the 7,017,971 single family homes it tracks across all 67 Florida counties, and 275,977 of those dated roofs are 15 or more years old.

8 counties are measured at 40% coverage or better today: Palm Beach, Orange, Duval, Volusia, Manatee, St. Lucie, Seminole, St. Johns. Every other county is still being dated, and the site says so rather than filling the gap with an estimate.

Where to start

Most teams start with Roof Age Data, because it changes the list before anything else changes. From there, property and homeowner data sharpen the filter, and the CRM, routes, and territories carry it into the field. Each feature page below explains what the feature does, where its data comes from, and how a crew uses it on a normal Tuesday.
